Marlon Baptiste’s relationship with music began at just 12 years old, guided by his relatives Jansen Archie and Hess Archie. What started as a childhood curiosity quickly evolved into a burning passion — performing at friends and family gatherings across Trinidad and Tobago, honing a feel for what moves a crowd before he ever touched a professional stage.
After migrating to the United States, it was only a matter of time before he emerged into New York’s limelight as a professional disc jockey. The name “Sounds 4 Life” was never just a brand — it was a declaration. Known as the “Silent Assassin,” he has a rare gift for electrifying any room, turning stillness into pure, unstoppable energy.
On the decks, Sounds 4 Life operates with seamless precision — blending, chopping, and reimagining tracks in real time to craft an endless, uninterrupted flow that keeps audiences of all ages locked in. There are no gaps. No dead air. Only sound.
